What small by design means at Najaxa

August 16, 2026 · Jamie Evenson

Company size is a fair question when you are choosing a system that touches payroll and invoices.

Najaxa is small by design. Here is what that means for a client.

The people in the sales conversation stay involved in implementation and support. Product questions can reach the people who build the product. A requested capability gets a direct answer: available, configurable, product work, or outside the system boundary.

I started in accounting and then spent years in staffing software on the vendor side. I have sat in implementation meetings and seen how much trust depends on matching the build to the promise.

That is why the demo is a working session. Bring the timesheet, the rules, and the systems involved. We will show what Najaxa Middle Office does today and identify what would have to be configured.

We also put the operating boundaries in writing. NMO calculates gross pay, bill, invoices, and margin. Your payroll provider runs gross-to-net. Your accounting system keeps the books. Implementation scope and timing depend on the rules and connections involved.

We built the product after years of working in staffing software and services. The company is privately held and self-funded.

Ask us about product architecture, support coverage, data access, implementation ownership, and the current release. We will answer with the evidence we have and tell you where a process is still maturing.

The longer version is on the About page. If you want to evaluate the product, bring a timesheet that gave you trouble.
