We’re looking for a Middle Office Consultant to implement Najaxa Middle Office. You configure pay and bill, conversion, overtime, invoices, and exports. You will be in the room when the first payroll has to tie out.
Implementation scope and timing depend on the workflows, rules, and systems involved. You will be the person who already knows the account when overtime did not convert, a new rate did not take, or the payroll provider needs a different file.
The work runs in five stages, and you stay through all of them. Discovery maps every system the firm uses, what was bolted on, and what people still do by hand. Configuration puts pay and bill, conversion, overtime, invoice grouping, purchase orders, brands, imports, and the payroll file into Middle Office. In UAT their team runs it with you. At go-live the first payroll and the first invoices tie out with the person who configured them. After that you are still on the account when a new client rule shows up, and when AI and automation can take a step out of the work.
What you’ll do
- Lead implementations: pay and bill rates, conversion, overtime, invoice grouping, POs, exports.
- Give each brand its own portal and invoice, so the client sees the brand they already know.
- Bring hours in from the ATS, CRM, or VMS, and send gross pay and the invoice out in the file the next system accepts. That handoff runs in Middle Office.
- Translate what a controller says into something the product can run.
- Tell the truth about what’s built, and say what it would take.
- Stay on the account. We implement, then we support. Same people.
What we’re looking for
- You’ve lived in staffing operations, staffing software, or both. Payroll, billing, or a middle-office role counts.
- You can sit with a messy timesheet and work through it.
- You can talk to a controller and an engineer in the same afternoon.
On the job
- You are in the room when the first payroll has to tie out.
- You stay on the account after go-live.
- You already know the account when overtime didn’t convert, or a new rate didn’t take.
