Najaxa Middle Office · Services

From the first timesheet to the year after go-live.

The people who learn your rules are the people who put them into Middle Office and stay on the account.

The engagement

Five steps. One team.

The people in the first room configure the rules, work beside your team through user acceptance testing, tie out payroll, and answer the question a year later.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Every application you use, what was bolted on, and what people still do by hand. You leave knowing what is ready, what needs configuration, and what has to be built.

  2. 02

    Configuration

Pay and bill, conversion, overtime, invoice grouping, purchase orders, imports, and the payroll file. The people from discovery put those rules into Middle Office.

  3. 03

    UAT

During user acceptance testing, your team learns Middle Office by using it alongside our engineers. Together, we confirm that the rules, workflows, files, and results match what you expect, then make adjustments before go-live.

  4. 04

    Go-live

The first payroll and the first invoices tie out with the people who configured them. A held line, or a file the provider needs reshaped, goes back to that person.

  5. 05

    Ongoing support

Some customers keep us closely engaged. Others bring us in when a new client rule, file, or question appears. The people who know your system are here when you need them.

The work

Situations that come up on a staffing account.

  • Overtime across related companies

One worker, more than one company, and an overtime rule that still has to come out right.

  • A purchase order holding an invoice

The lines are ready. The purchase order decides whether they can go out.

  • A credit tied to the bill

The credit has to stay attached to the invoice it replaces.

  • A backdated rate

A rate that should have applied earlier still has to produce the adjustment.

After go-live

The product keeps getting better.

Middle Office keeps improving for years after you start using it. We add the features our customers need next, make the features you already use more useful, and bring in AI and automation where they remove steps and make the work faster. What we learn on live accounts shapes that roadmap, so the product keeps up as your business and the industry change.
