Current openings.
-
Software Engineer
Build the path from a timesheet to gross pay, an invoice, and a margin a controller can explain. The product is .NET and Vue, it is already in production, and you stay on what you ship.
-
Middle Office Consultant
Put a firm's rates, overtime, brands, invoices, and payroll files into Middle Office, from discovery through the first payroll, and stay on the account after go-live.
Who we are
A services company that built the product.
Najaxa builds the middle office for staffing firms, and the operational layer around it. A timesheet becomes a payroll file, an invoice the client will pay, and a margin you can explain. The same team designs, builds, implements, and supports that work.
Jamie Evenson started the company in 2018, after payroll and years on the vendor side of staffing software. The product came out of the services work. Nate Evenson leads the data practice. Jason Pettys leads the engineering that builds Middle Office. Najaxa is privately held and self-funded. Customer revenue funds the company.
Who you are
You stay on the problem until it is running.
A rate, an overtime rule, an invoice a client will pay, a file a payroll system will take. You talk to the customer, and you do the work. You are still on it when the first payroll has to tie out.
The openings are an engineer and an implementer. If neither is quite the fit, write anyway and tell us about a hard problem you owned.
The work
What it’s like to work here.
The product is in production. Pay and invoices go out of it. You will see a customer’s real rules. The person who configured a thing, or built it, is the person who answers when it needs another look.
Some of the work is in Fargo. Some of it is with customers, on the road. Implementation can be done remotely in the US. The people who learn an account stay available after go-live.
