What we collect and why
We collect what we need to answer you and to keep the site running.
The website
We count page views and a few actions on this site so we can see how it is used. That measurement does not use cookies, and it does not include your name or email address.
A request may be recorded with the page, the time, and the internet address it came from. We use those records to operate and secure the site.
A demonstration
The Middle Office demonstration is booked on Calendly. Calendly collects what you type into its form, such as your name and email address. We use that to hold the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to the form, and Calendly may set its own cookies when you use it. We do not set tracking cookies on this site.
Staying in touch
If you ask to stay in touch, we keep the email address so we can send occasional product notes. Those messages go to hello@najaxasoftware.com. When the form is delivered through Web3Forms, that service passes the address to the same inbox. Reply, or write to us, and we will take you off the list.
A job application
If you apply, send your resume to careers@najaxasoftware.com. A person at Najaxa reads it. We keep it for that hiring conversation.
Email and phone
If you email or call us, we keep the conversation in our email and in the tools we use to do the work, so the next reply has the history.
When we share information
We share it so we can answer the request you made.
- To respond to you. A demonstration, a note, an application, or a question goes to the people at Najaxa who handle that work, and to the service that delivers it: Calendly, Microsoft 365 for email, and Web3Forms when that form is in use.
- When the law requires it. If we are required to produce a record, we produce what the request requires.
- If the company changes hands. If Najaxa is acquired or merges, we will tell you before your personal information is transferred under a different policy.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website, and we do not use it to train a model.
Your rights
Write to hello@najaxasoftware.com and we will tell you what we have from you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to confirm it is you. We may keep a copy where the law requires a record, or where we need it to establish or defend a claim.

How long we keep it
We keep demonstration requests, applications, resumes, and correspondence for as long as that conversation or hiring process needs them. After that, we delete them. You can ask sooner.
Information in the product
Time, pay, bill, and the records around them live in the customer’s account. The customer owns that information and can export it. The customer agreement governs how Najaxa handles it. This website policy does not.
Changes and questions
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of the page.
